GAS SUBSIDY NOT TRANSFERRED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT

I quote from the payment receipt given by PADMAJA GAS AGENCY, Lachit Nagar, G.S. Road, Guwahati-781007, Assam:

Net payable:                               Rs. 948.50

Advance/Loan [Subsidy?]:       Rs. 568.00

Subsidy will be transferred to Bank A/c. 

I THINK THE PROPER AMOUNT OF SUBSIDY IS NOT BEING TRANSFERRED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. Rs. 52.57 is transferred from IOC to My bank account in Central Bank of India branch in Bhangagarh, Guwahati-781005: is Rs. 52.57 the subsidy to be transferred to My bank account? What is the meaning of "Advance" Rs. 568.00 in the above receipt from PADMAJA GAS AGENCY? "Advance" from whom? From the customer? What does "Subsidy" mean in the above PADMAJA GAS AGENCY receipt? Rs. 568.00 or Rs. 52.57?!!
