MY SHORT STORY
I have written only ONE short story so far - Cynthia - it was published some years ago in the The Sentinel Sunday magazine melange, thanks to the kindness of Mr. D. N. Bezboruah, who was the Editor of The Sentinel (English daily published from My home town Guwahati, Assam, India).
When I showed a very well-read elderly Bengali gentleman (I called him "Uncle") the printed manuscript of My short story CYNTHIA, he exclaimed after reading it: "Your short story is a world classic! Get it published anyhow!"
I wondered if anyone would publish it but I sent it to The Sentinel nevertheless and I was delighted when it got published in melange! Unfortunately, "Uncle" had died and I felt very sorry I could not show him My published short story CYNTHIA.
The interesting and perhaps unique thing about My short story CYNTHIA about a very strange experience I had at UIUC, U.S.A., in connection with a mysterious female student at UIUC whose presence I could feel but whom I never saw or met): every word in the short story CYNTHIA is true! (Was Cynthia Katherine Hammonds a Nazi chameleon honeytrap? If so, she failed anyway. Two top Nazi honeytraps, chameleons Ms. X and Ms. Z, had earlier failed to trap Me in Bombay/Mumbai.)

I was wondering how to transfer My short story CYNTHIA from My PC to My smartphone - luckily for Me, computer-savvy young boy Sunny (son of a bro.-in-law) solved the problem by installing WPS Office app in My smart phone, connecting My smartphone to My PC by USB cable (which I took out from My smartphone charger), and using file transfer. OPTION NOT AVAILABLE: pregnancy and maternity leave ad misericordiam appeal to emotion pulling at the heartstrings of potential buyers of books is not available with MALE authors - a glaring unfair case of gender inequality.
GHOST-WRITING by ANONYMOUS ghost-writers who do the writing for PUTATIVE authors (who are chosen by the publisher for their smartness and ability to chatter) IS VERY COMMON.

Male writers hoping to become self-published authors and become rich and famous (overnight) cannot use ad misericordiam strategy of showing an inflated abdomen with baby inside and cite "maternity leave" to pull the heartstrings of potential buyers of books. When I was a graduate student in the department of physiology and biophysics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, there was an American girl, by the name of Cynthia Katherine Hammonds, also a graduate student (in the department of architecture), who stayed in the room opposite mine in the multi-storied hostel for graduate students. Do not be alarmed: the arrangement of rooms in the hostel is shown in the adjoining diagram, with two women sharing a common bathroom, and two men similarly sharing a common bathroom.
Now it so happened that Cynthia grew fond of me. How did I know? She must have noticed that I was a shy, serious student who never spoke to women on the campus, nor in the hostel. One day, when all the rooms on my floor were closed and nobody was visible in the long corridor, I happened to notice that she had written:
Oops!
on the message-pad on her door. I was curious. I read the name on the door: Cynthia Katherine Hammonds. My intuition told me that Oops! was addressed to me.
I looked up the telephone directory in my room (there was a telephone in every room in the hostel, with a telephone directory listing the telephone numbers of residents of Urbana and Champaign and all graduate students in the hostel). I discovered from the telephone directory that Cynthia was a graduate student in the department of architecture.
Next day, she wrote on her message-pad:
After all, I suffered for you today.
Those were the sweetest words I had ever read in my life.
Soon, I received conclusive confirmation of my guess that Cynthia had fallen in love with me. One evening (it was a cold January evening), as I returned to the hostel after a visit to a bookstore, I opened my door and went in, but left the bunch of keys outside, forgetting to take in the keys. Soon there was a knock on my door. I opened the door: a young woman in blue uniform (a member of the hostel staff) told me, "Sir, you have left your keys on the door." I thanked her, and took my keys. NEXT DAY, I saw written on Cynthia's door:
Don't forget your keys!
Well, of course, I never spoke to her. Indeed, I did not even know what she looked like. I left the university soon after, because my research interests lay elsewhere (not aging in insects, but resuscitation) and biology at that time seemed too un-mathematical to me. I went to Chicago and joined the department of mathematics, statistics, and computer science at the University of Illinois at Chicago as a graduate student.
I regret to this day that I do not even have a mental picture of what Cynthia looked like. My wife is convinced that she must have been a fat, ugly woman. I hotly deny this. My wife is not convinced. Women can be so cruel. I feel so hurt and insulted. I tell my wife that I hope at least that Cynthia is alive (God bless her!), although I have no hope of ever locating her, never mind the Internet. She must have got married long ago, after all, and changed her suffix.
If only I knew what Cynthia looked like, if only I had a mental picture of sweet Cynthia ...

A FANTASTIC IDEA
I would be very glad if Amazon and KDP and IngramSpark and OTHER Indian and foreign big and small publishers publish My short story "CYNTHIA" (perhaps with interesting notes and comments added by each publisher) - I don't want a cent of the profit from sales. I want to support all big and small publishers in every country because of My gratitude to all publishers big and small who have struggled for so many years (and are still struggling) for survival but have continued so bravely to uplift the world through books.
My poem "LOVE" (My Anchor fm podcast #046, Jan 1, 2021) can also be published by any publishers (with interesting notes and comments added by the publishers if they wish) - I don't want a cent or penny or paisa or other lowest monetary unit.
LOVE and CYNTHIA could be published separately or together. My powerful ESP (Extra Sensory Perception) tells Me that LOVE and CYNTHIA will be perennial hits and will sell like hot cakes (idiom).
Anchor can sell My recorded poem LOVE (with audio comments by commentators added if Anchor wishes) - I don't want a cent. Anchor can also sell any number of My other Anchor fm podcasts, which are My recordings of passages from books whose authors and publishers I always mention, and so Anchor can contact the authors/publishers in this regard. Again, I don't want a cent. I want to make Anchor rich because Anchor is a member of the fantastic podcast revolution worldwide.
Google Books can publish in book form any number of My thousands of online posts (including My poem LOVE and My short story CYNTHIA) posted via gmail and posted on My several Blogger blog sites. I don't want a cent.
I have a predilection for Reader's Digest books.
No one needs My permission and no one has to contact Me. This is a serious public statement by Me. I would be very happy if all My online blog posts and podcasts are regarded as open source material for all big and small publishers and for which I don't want any money, not a cent. (If the publishers need to pay anything to Google and The Sentinel and Anchor, it is up to the negotiating parties; as for Me, I want nothing. By the way, I did not get and did not ask for payment by The Sentinel for My short story CYNTHIA; I consider it a great honor/honour that it was considered worthy to be published. It is ridiculous to imagine that Dibrugarh University would ask for payment by any publisher of My poem LOVE which was published in hand-written form in the Dibrugarh University wall magazine which was run by students of Dibrugarh University, Assam, India.
India is very famous for reader-friendly low-cost "pirated" copies but I have no problem with "pirated" copies because I don't want a paisa.
ISBN was not in use earlier, and getting an ISBN number nowadays could mean that the author has to remain tied to one publisher. (I am not sure about this but it seems to be the idea behind ISBN.) I do not want to be tied to any one publisher.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND/PRINT-TO-ORDER
Amazon and IngramSpark are print-on-demand (or print-to-order) publishers who can print even ONE copy or more copies (the sky is the limit) - which is an amazing thing made possible by modern digital technology.
Ms. Robin Cutler (white woman) started IngramSpark seven years ago and was Director of IngramSpark until recently (see YouTube videos) when she handed over the post of Director to Ms. Paige Allen (black woman) (see YouTube) but Ms. Robin Cutler CONTINUES to remain CLOSELY CONNECTED to IngramSpark - a brilliant strategy to make IngramSpark popular with white and black (and brown) people - that is, popular with everyone!

PIRATED COPIES
I find that there are many funny YouTube videos on pirated books in New Delhi etc. in India, probably the world leader in this field. JOKES about "MADE IN INDIA" are VERY POPULAR among Indians who may be generally very poor at present but are very brainy. I have heard that technically expert Indians in Delhi can assemble an Apple mobile very quickly and sell it for a very low price. God probably chose to get "reincarnated" in India to remain in touch with very brainy Indians, never mind they don't have much FILTHY LUCRE. "A Man is known by the company He keeps!" I do not want to use the WRONG term "420" to describe VERY BRAINY Indians. God is far, far SUPERIOR to "super-cheat" Peter who is ZERO to Him.
Two s. Indian girls say in YouTube videos on pirated books that one of them got a pirated copy from Amazon (though when she informed Amazon about it, she got a refund) and the other got a pirated copy from Flipkart. I don't quite understand. Will the authors get no commission from the sale of pirated copies (photocopies) of their books if pirated copies are sold by Amazon and Flipkart (India's biggest online sellers)? I know I am the only Guy Who will not feel cheated but will thank Amazon and Flipkart from the bottom of My heart IF THEY SELL VERY LOW COST PIRATED COPIES of ANY future book by Me published by any publisher because I don't want a paisa but want to encourage and inspire Indians and also want all the publishers and Amazon and Flipkart to go on making money from My books so that they can also continue to inspire Indians. I suggest that all struggling Indian and foreign publishers big and small print and publish My poem LOVE and My short story CYNTHIA which will BOTH sell Iike hot cakes (idiom).
My supercomputer brain can solve ANY PROBLEM, no matter how complex, and finds the solution, which I can explain in very simple language that everyone can easily understand. For example, mas. is the easiest cure for romantic depression.
After many years of careful analysis by My supercomputer brain, I have finally found the MAGIC SOLUTION to removing poverty in EVERY COUNTRY of the world. I got the solution in a sudden flash one or two days ago. I will explain this in more detail now. The conditions are now just right for success of My magic solution.
Printing and selling millions and millions of copies of My poem LOVE and My short story CYNTHIA by any publisher big and small and tiny (any individual publisher and seller of "pirated copies") - I do not want a cent or penny or paisa etc. - is My magic formula to make everyone RICH by this very easy and honest method. All big and small Indian and foreign "traditional" publishers and "independent" publishers (indies) will be sufficiently rich to be able to encourage many writers to publish and self-publish books by paying them good royalties. This is My magic solution.
I suddenly remember that I wrote a very funny short biography of My "late" "dad" (not dead) Krishna (a misnomer, really, for a morally strict puritanical guy) and had it printed in leaflet form with paper covers. I printed 500 copies of the little book, and distributed about 300 copies at a public function three years ago. I am sure this will be a terrific HIT among all readers. It can be published by any big of small or tiny publisher (along with LOVE and CYNTHIA) without having to pay Me a cent or paisa or any other lowest unit of currency. My little booklet of 4 pages was printed and published by Me.
I am sure MY FATHER KRISHNA will be of universal appeal like LOVE and CYNTHIA.
I feel astonished at My own comic genius that I displayed in My amusing biography MY FATHER KRISHNA SINHA.

I used voice to text (speech to text) app Otter to transcribe the dialogue between Macbeth and Lady Macbeth. Otter failed to transcribe much of the speech of Lady Macbeth.
I then used Google Live Transcribe voice to text (speech to text) app to transcribe the same dialog between Macbeth and Lady Macbeth. Live Transcribe failed to transcribe the name Macbeth.
Rather amusing and significant failures of much-hyped speech-to-text apps Otter and Live Transcribe. (This is NOT to say that these apps and similar magical apps are not valuable. "One exception does not make the rule", or some such quote, e.g. "One swallow does not make a summer." Please check Google for the exact words in the quotes. - G)

VERY STRANGE
I have just paid for two Kindle books by Bethany Atazadeh which are said to be "instantly available":
THE SECRET GIFT: ₹220
THE STOLEN KINGDOM: ₹293
But the very strange thing is that the two books have not appeared on My Kindle. I think this may be because My payments for these books are pre-orders and when a sufficient number of pre-orders have been received by Kindle, the books will be published and will become available on Kindle. Perhaps the two books are currently in the stage of being written, perhaps by one or more ghost writers. It takes time to write a good short story or a good novel. Perhaps My wifi failed to download the two Kindle books for some reason. I did not have this situation last month when I downloaded by wifi some Kindle books I bought, written by Mandi Lynn, Jhumpa Lahiri, Arundhati Roy and others. But while low cost pirated copies of books (which are photocopies) can be distinguished from the original costlier books, how can One be sure which Kindle books are available right now and which Kindle books are works in progress and will become available in the near future? My best wishes to all authors of books already published and to all authors of books to be published and to publishers of both categories of books. We should do our best to encourage all authors and publishers, big and small.

After I have bought a Kindle book online via My Amazon account, I should search Kindle for the book; then GO TO LIBRARY will appear; so far so good; I tapped GO TO LIBRARY but then like a fool I kept on looking for THE SECRET GIFT and THE STOLEN KINGDOM in the Kindle LIBRARY of free Kindle books I had downloaded free as a Kindle Unlimited subscriber and the Kindle books I have bought - I waited and waited patiently but I did not see the two books! So in desperation I posted the above comments like a fool. My readers might draw the wrong, hasty conclusion that Kindle uses "instantly available" in a strange manner. Luckily, Sunny asked Me if I had downloaded the books. I told him, the Kindle author will probably take some more time to complete the book and then maybe it will be published etc. Luckily for Me, young uncomplicated Sunny did not understand My complicated theory and instead he downloaded the two books quite easily - so what did I do WRONG? - which STEPS did I FORGET TO FOLLOW? - here is what I should have done: after I have tapped GO TO LIBRARY, I should AGAIN search for the Kindle book I have bought and THEN tap the Kindle book and DOWNLOAD the book by wifi !!! As simple as that !!! Thanks, Kindle.
By the way, an inflated abdomen and a reference to maternity leave used as ad misericordiam appeals to emotion did not drive Me to buy the two Kindle books today - I am not affected by displays of emotion by females, taking such displays with a pinch of salt (idiom), being robotic by nature - the interesting and intriguing plot summaries of the two novels hooked Me.

Hey guys, welcome back. Thanks for joining me for another video if you're new to my channel welcome and relationship coach, I am a little sick as well so bear with me. My voice is just a little hoarse this week. But this week I wanted to talk about overthinking so when we are over thinkers. A lot of times people that are over thinkers are the highly creative ones they're very detail oriented they're the problem solvers, They're sometimes the fixers the people pleasers that codependent person, tend to be the people that overthink because they want to make everything right they want to make sure they make the best decision, so they obsess and they obsess about the pros and cons of something, you know, they rehash an experience over and over again because they're trying to figure out what went wrong and how can I fix this and they're just, they get so in their minds. They're real deep thinkers. So, why this can be a problem, it's a great trait to have because it means that you don't, you know make rash decisions you don't just okay I'm going to do this and do it with no thought at all so there has to be a balance between people that kind of dive right into life and don't really think too much and then the people that just think and think where it becomes obsessive creates anxiety, you know, possibly depression and just becomes a problem in order to find the balance between not caring and not thinking about anything in life, you know, decision wise and overthinking every single decision is understanding why we are this way. So I personally have two theories on why someone is an over thinker, the number one reason why people tend to overthink is control. So a lot of the times if I'm going to obsess about something to the point of wanting to make the best decision possible. It's because I live in a fearful place, so I want to seek control. If I want to make the best decision and I want to figure out the whys, so much that because it becomes obsessive to me, that means that I want to I want control over why something happened I need to know in order to make myself feel better. So if I need control over a decision that I'm making, I want to make sure I'm making the best possible decision because I fear what it's gonna feel like if I don't make the right decision. So essentially I'm trying to find the best decision that will cause that or make me have the least amount of risk and make me feel the least amount of pain. So because we fear, feeling pain, or, or having that disappointment or making a wrong decision because we think that there's a right decision and a wrong decision that we obsess about what decision to make, if I can overthink something, and I can find the best possible decision that will cause me the least amount of pain that will make me feel happy because I don't know how to deal with the thoughts and feelings. I'm going to have if I feel disappointment if I have a letdown. If I quote, don't make the right decision and fail at something, so I haven't learned that everything happens for a reason I haven't fully accepted that there was no wrong decisions that can be made because every decision, whether it's a good feeling decision it leads me in a direction where I feel good, or if it leads me in a direction where I feel pain that I had to feel both of those feelings in order to continue on my journey. So when we come from those places of not understanding those theories in life. And that's, that's how life works. It really comes down to. We weren't taught how to manage our feelings and our emotions. We weren't taught how to honor those negative emotions, those feelings of uncomfortableness because our parents didn't know how to do that for us so they can teach us that kind of stuff, and that those feelings are perfectly fine, and they need to happen just like we need to experience joy and laughter and happiness and contentment, we also need to feel those uncomfortable feelings as well because that's life and it's going to happen. So when we feel those things when we are a child, and at points that are growing up in our development, we felt out of control, you know, maybe we were in situation where our parents weren't taking care of us the way they should have or they didn't teach us how to manage our emotions and we didn't know what to do. Maybe we were taught that, what we think and how we feel was drawn. So, when all of these things start to happen throughout our childhood we fear feeling out of control because we felt it at one point in our childhood and because we were children, and we didn't know how to manage that feeling, that now becomes our subconscious belief of needing to obsess about decisions that we make it also comes back to that codependency whereas if I make the best decision then I'll feel good about myself, people will, you know, look at me in a certain way, possibly love me, that my decisions in life, the love that I received from others and the acceptance that we get from others are determined by the decisions that I make and if I make a wrong decision. I'm going to possibly feel judged or shamed or guilty or anything that we have possibly felt in our past. So in order to have an assumption about something we have to have had to have experienced already so I made a decision and I'm just judged for that decision whether it was wrong or right, or good or bad, even though there really is no wrong right or good or bad, if I was judged. Then I'm going to fear making decisions, because of the fear getting that judgment, and I'm going to fear getting that shame so when you can shame when you've been judged by our family or friends or parents, as we're growing up and we become adults, that becomes our program that becomes the voice that's in the back of our head is make sure you make the right decision because you're going to feel judged or you got to make a right decision because you're going to get shamed from someone or you're going to feel guilt or whatever emotion that you felt, growing up, usually it was judgment. Now the next reason why people might tend to overthink. And some people might disagree with me and that's totally defined but I believe that it also is an addiction. So if I'm a fixer, I'm a people pleaser, I'm codependent, then I need to make the best decisions to make sure everything's okay. And in order for everything to be okay. I have to examine decisions to make sure this is going to lead to the outcome that I want which is everyone loving me. No one being upset with me, not really setting boundaries or, you know, testing the waters with everyone just kind of coasting, so I can overthink that I can examine every little aspect of the decision in order to make sure that I am making the right one. And when this happens time and time again that okay I'm gonna obsess about something to make sure I'm making the right decision because I don't want to feel any pain I don't want to get any judgment from mom or dad or my sister or my friend or whatever. And I'm gonna keep going in and I'm already a thinker in general I'm already creative I'm already a problem solver, I'm already detail oriented, I already am these things and know if you tap on that person or codependent, you just now heightened your ability to overthink. So if I, over time, rehash experiences over and over again and I stay so stuck in my mind that behavior can become addictive, it can become the thing that you think is going to help you feel the least amount of pain. And if this is done on site. A lot of us aren't even aware that we're over thinkers, we might have been told by family, friends, oh you know you're an over thinker, you definitely analyze, you know, the decisions that you make in life like to the extreme sometimes, but to us and the day to day life that we live, we don't really even know that we're doing this until we get to the point of utter exhaustion and not being able to make any decision, and I know that's something I definitely felt, where it's almost like I've thought about it so much that now I'm even more confused than when I originally started even thinking about making a decision on something, and that's extremely frustrating. So if you've ever been there where you feel completely exhausted by something and now you don't even know really what to do, you know definitely comment down below because I would love to hear your feedback on that but I know I have definitely felt that in the past, and it was because I just overthought it I went too deep with something I tried to find the best possible, you know scenario what it would look like and how it would feel and what I should do it and how it would look, I keep some sense of all the little details on something that cause it just debilitated me and if it didn't debilitate me it could possibly cause anxiety it definitely causes stress. And so learning why we are this way, and then also learning these tips I'm about to share with you will really help you kind of break this habit because it is a habit it is addictive and it's something that you will 100% can stop doing, you just have to first be able to acknowledge when you are doing it and it can be something as simple as, should I buy frozen, frozen peas. Should I, should I buy canned peas. Should I buy red sweater, green sweater, should I go to the restaurant tonight, or go and grab my friends or should I stay home, I mean it can be the smallest of decisions so there's a couple of tips I'm going to give you to help you to stop overthinking but one of the first things that I have to say is you got to be patient with yourself. Everything that I talked about on this channel, learning how to love yourself practicing healthy, healthy positive self talk, you know, learning how to parent yourself really building that self esteem building that self worth. This is not something that happens overnight, and for the people that want a quick fix, and they say okay I'm going to you know do coaching or I'm going to watch videos and I don't want to feel this way anymore. I really want to change my life. That's amazing. But you have to keep that momentum up you have to keep that patience with yourself up you have to keep this up in terms of a practice because that's what it is it's something that you're going to do for the rest of your life. The more you do something, the easier it gets. But it's always going to be something that is going to be a part of your day to day life, just like people that work out regularly, that is a part of their day to day life, it's it's like showering to them. Again, if you're not aware of these things, you're going to take that on, and you're going to, you know, focus so much on that, that insult that little thing that they were trying to get to you, and you're going to focus on that and bring that up. Well thanks for compliment but did you have to bring up that I just finished the degree and you're going to get like defensive and you're going to get engaged in this now argument instead of recognizing that this behavior was unhealthy and it was a form of passive aggressiveness, and why are they passive aggressive because they're insecure because they're probably a jealous person, because anyone that's really happy and all and healthy by themselves. People don't do those things when they're healthy and they're content by themselves they're excited for everyone's win, and they want to, you know, bring people up and make people feel great about themselves, they don't want to tear them down and make them feel crappy,** and again this is just a defense mechanism because they don't know what it is they're feeling and they don't know how to deal with the feelings that they're having so maybe the reason why someone was being passive aggressive and gave you those subtle insults, is because they leave their job and they don't know where to begin in order to find a new one, but because they're not probably aware of that feeling, they might be a little bit aware, and in order to kind of make themselves feel better because they're feeling so low because they're insecure, of the of that they're going to give you that little passive aggressive, you know, insult. And so understanding these things is so important to not take this stuff on, and to let someone sit in, you know that negative space that they're in. So if someone were to give you that type of a backhanded insult a compliment. The way you would handle it is just by saying, I know I'm so, so proud of myself. I can't believe I did this. the [The] interview went great. I know that I nailed it. I'm so excited, and I get a bonus every December, you know, Just not even engaging not even recognizing or acknowledging that that little insult just actually happen, and just avoiding it altogether because when ...

Hey guys, welcome back. Thanks for joining me again for another video if you're new to my channel my name is Stephanie, I am a life and relationship coach, if you are a subscriber, welcome back. Thank you guys for subscribing and joining me again for another video. So for this week's video I wanted to tackle something that I think is extremely important and that is how to handle our negative emotions, you know, we're going to have them we're human beings so at times, we're going to have hate and anger and frustration and jealousy and sadness and stress and worry and fear and things of that sort and how do we handle these emotions, and I wanted to teach you guys really the benefit of having these emotions and how to really learn how to feel your feelings in a healthy way because I don't think we are ever taught these things in school and from our own parents, and I think it's so healthy and necessary to create a great life, if you learn how to handle and process these feelings in the these emotions so one of the reasons why people often don't like to feel their feelings, or you know, whether they're obviously if they're negative, is because they're so scared of what they're feeling, when it's just a feeling it's just an emotion that you're having, they just have this feeling or belief that they won't know how to get themselves out of it and so they either disassociate or they suppress it and they push it down, or they just say okay, no I'm just gonna pull through this and it is what it is right like I just got to pull through it, instead of just being able to love themselves and parent themselves through all of these feelings that we're having, and have that kind of inner dialogue with yourself that you should be having like I was talking about parenting yourself learning how to be your best friend living, learning how to be your own coach and therapists or whatever it is that serves you, but learning how to really take care of yourself in what it is that you're feeling and really taking responsibility for what it is that your feeling. So one of the things that was a real game changer for me was I stopped looking at my negative emotions as a bad thing, and I started saying okay, there was actually a purpose to everything that you're feeling, and our negative emotions have a purpose as well. They're basically a signal, or red flag that's going on that there's something that's going on inside that you have to deal with that you have to attend to. And usually it's one of two things, either your negative emotions are creating the story inside of your head, that's not true, or could possibly not be accurate, and you keep repeating it over and over again that's causing you that anger that's causing you that hate, frustration, sadness, worry, stress, anxiety, and you keep repeating the story when in fact you don't even have all the facts, you don't know if it's actually gonna happen in life. It's not happening in this moment. And so that was really huge for me when I realized that my negative emotions were just really signs that I needed to go a little deeper and figure out okay well where is this coming from, where's this hate coming from versus anger coming from, and really unraveling, everything that that emotion was attached to, every story I was telling myself, and things of that sort, and really taking responsibility for every story that was coming up, so for example if you're dealing with someone that let's say betrayed you. And they betrayed you, I mean, you know they did something that was really hurtful, they did something that was morally wrong or whatever. And so that, that is a black or white situation but the reality is that you create a story as to why they did what they did to you, and you're taking it so personally that it's causing all of these negative emotions to come up, of course one of the emotions that's going to come up with sadness, right, or anger, and one of the things that I learned was, and this was really, really huge for me was the underlining feeling of anger is always sadness. So when you're angry at someone, if you're angry at a situation, really what you're experiencing is sadness, you're sad, because you had an expectation of who you thought this person was, or what you thought the situation was going to be and because it's not coming to fruition because someone is now a different person, or did something that you didn't think that they were capable of doing, or that a situation is not going to happen now and you were really sure this was going to happen. It causes you to feel that disappointment, it caused you to feel that sadness. So instead of saying, Okay, and so saying, I'm not, I don't hate you're not angry with you what I really am is just, I'm sad, I'm sad and disappointed,
and understanding that feeling and emotion rather than just running with a hate and anger and just keeping that at the forefront, and just repeating that same story over and over again on why you think someone did what they did to you, or why you think the situation happened the way it did, when in fact, there can be a ton of other reasons why these things happen, that number one have absolutely nothing to do with you, and number two you know nothing about. Now this stuff is not always easy to do. So we've been conditioned and we've been programmed to stay stuck in these feelings, right, we weren't programmed and taught how to really move through these feelings and these emotions that we're having, we were taught, really nothing and actually some people were taught to really stay in that emotion and just power through it. You know when you hate someone you hate someone for life and you just roll with it. So, this takes time to kind of really work through because in order to learn how to process your negative emotions, and really change that story, that's something you're not going to be able to do overnight, it's going to take practice. So when you're having a feeling of stress or worry or hate or anger. What I always and this is why I talk about parenting yourself, is you have to be able to have that inner dialogue. And one of the first things that you have to do with that dialogue is you have to become extremely curious, you have to become so curious as if you were sitting across the table from your parents, your best friend, someone that you love and they came to you with this problem of I'm frustrated, I'm sad, hurt. You know I hate this person, I'm angry about this, and become curious and want to help them and solve that problem, you know, why do you feel this way and asking them questions to really dig out okay well what's the root of this we can get to the root of the problem, it's the same thing with parenting yourself when you're experiencing all of these feelings, you know, really getting to the root of, okay, where does this anger come from, where does this hate come from, what's the story that I'm telling myself that's attached to, you know why I hate this person or why am angry with this person and like I said, nine times out of 10 It's got to be sadness, and so really understanding how we can manage our state, and taking responsibility for the fact that every negative emotion you feel you're feeling, no one's making you feel that way, even if someone does something to you, you still are choosing to stay in that state of hate or anger, or what have you. And you know what, maybe you need to stay in that state for a little bit and that's totally fine, but where it becomes unhealthy for you is where you get stuck in it. I knew by his voice (identical to Peter's voice) that he is a CLONE of Peter but I tried to take a liberal view of his talk (to demonstrate that I have absolutely no bias against "Pakistanis" or citizens of other countries including "China" and "Bangladesh", all the separate countries being artificial and changing divisions of Earth by Satan/Peter) and so I tried to interpret his talk as being supportive of low price copies of books and against excessively high priced costly books - but this video by BOOK BUDDY who is trying to incite "religious" anger by his nonsensical chatter convinces Me that he is an evil clone of Peter/Satan who cleverly mentions Alexander (Peter) to give the false impression that swindler Peter/Hitler/Einstein is a humanitarian.
I wish to make it clear that I do not by any means approve the cheating of authors and publishers by selling pirated copies of their books which gives no money to the authors and publishers.
