On May 4, 2021, APDCL staff replaced my two electricity meters (Meter No. AE 018661/Consumer No. 017000001992 and Meter No. AE 018665/Consumer No. 017000001993) with two "Crystal" meters (ANNEXURE 1) which supposedly send a customer's (invisible) meter readings "online" to APDCL office, without requiring an APDCL meter-reader to come to the customer's residence and note down the visible meter readings every month, as has been done for many years before replacement of normal meters by "Crystal" meters.

I was shocked to receive my latest monthly APDCL electricity bill dated May 13, 2021 for Consumer No. 017000001992 (ANNEXURE 12) billed AFTER installation of two "Crystal" meters on May 4, 2021 (ANNEXURE 1) - I was SHOCKED because of the HUGE bill amount: Rs. 9,884.00!!! This SHOCKING BILL is definitely a FALSE BILL. SIMPLE MAJORITY vs 2/3 MAJORITY

As far as I remember, according to the Indian Constitution an Indian political party must have 2/3 majority - NOT a simple majority (more than 50% of the total number of MLAs) - in any Indian state Legislative Assembly to be eligible to form a state government in that Indian state. The total number of Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) in the Assam Legislative Assembly is 126 and so a political party of Assam must have at least 126 × 2/3 = 84 MLAs to be able to form a state government in Assam. No political party of Assam has 84 MLAs after the recent election and therefore the Governor of Assam CANNOT give his consent to any political party of Assam to form a state government and perhaps the present Assam Legislative Assembly should be dissolved for re-election and President's rule should be imposed in the interim period. So it seems that the new state "government" of Assam led by "Chief Minister" Himanta Biswa Sarma is NOT valid. Fake. A big hoax. A flagrant VIOLATION of the Indian Constitution. A case of CHEATING. The most entertaining and easiest book on English grammar I bought and read is "SHORT CUTS TO EFFECTIVE ENGLISH" by Harry Shefter, who was Professor of English at New York University; it was published by Washington Square Press / Pocket Books / Simon & Schuster, New York, but this fascinating book may be out of print now. If so, I suggest you try Alibris and Better World Books, which are the world's biggest online sellers of used books which look like new which they sell at cheap prices. Alibris and Better World Books have MILLIONS of used books in stock which they can ship to practically any country including India where I live. You can easily find their websites on the Internet. TOO SHORT AND MONOTONOUS

Garima's YouTube videos are excessively short and all of her skimpy videos follow the same unvarying monotonous pattern. She should strive to find fresh new ways to present more interesting videos. Ditto some other s. Indian females I watch on YouTube from time to time. The brevity of an excessively short YouTube video is not sufficient to attract attention. (I am put off by YouTube videos that are TOO lengthy.) Don't jump to the unwarranted conclusion that just because I mention a s. female means I am bowled over by the s. female. I hope no one will feel so energized by a pep talk as to set up a crazy goal like try to finish reading four books in 24 hours! This video which shows the Indian reader staying at a posh hotel with his parents (not shown) gives Me the impression that he is a pampered son of affluent Indian parents (a son can be pampered like a pampered daughter, though pampered daughters are perhaps more common) who probably have a hard time catering to his whims and fancies, and if he is a married guy I wonder how his young wife keeps him under her control. (My "late" bro. who was five years younger than Me - he is supposed to have got "killed" in a road accident many years ago - never studied the whole year but one or two days before his M.A. English exams, he would start studying seriously, studying through the night with the help of anti-sleep tablets named hexadrin or dexadrin or some such name, he told Me. But in his case, it was IMPERATIVE for him to study all night to pass his exams, unlike the Read Travel Become Indian guy who had the cr. idea of finishing four books in 24 hours, obviously reading through the night to achieve his cr. goal. However, I there is an important difference between casually "finishing" a book and studying it thoroughly. By the way, I have always been suspicious of f. I get the interesting impression that most "reviewers" of Russian and French novels etc. (s. female reviewers in particular) on YouTube seem NOT to have read or seen the novels but seem to BASE their "book reviews" EXCLUSIVELY on SUMMARIES in Wikipedia or Google sources or printed on the covers of novels or on information gained from interesting and very helpful literature guides like SparkNotes etc. (I have a number of excellent SparkNotes and other excellent literature guides. I ALWAYS write from My actual personal experiences. I never talk through My hat, to use an idiomatic expression. I have never worn a hat, by the way. Dialogic truth! My Gosh! What does that MEAN?!! It seems that "dialogic truth" is TRUTH obtained through DIALOG, by use of the QUESTION ANSWER method made famous by the ancient Greek philosopher Socrates who lived a very dramatic life and fearlessly drank a cup of POISON. (Socrates had a quarrelsome shrewish wife named Xanthippe, pronounced ZAN THI PI - I am not sure, not having met her.) There is an entertaining account of Socrates in DIALOGUES (DIALOGS) OF PLATO, written by Plato, his top student. पता नहीं क्यों, मैं हमेशा any spelling mistakes साथ साथ notice करता हूं ! I always got full marks in dictation tests in Bengali and English and always got the highest marks in Hindi in school - (spellings of Bengali, Hindi, and Assamese words are almost always the same, being mostly derived from Sanskrit, which I also learned in school and scored highest marks in). I think हमेशा - hamesha - is the "correct" spelling but हमेसा - hamesa - may be the alternative spelling in many देहाती areas of India such as in Bihar. (The letter স is pronounced "sh" by most Bengalis but is also pronounced "s" by many Bengalis.) But in a sense, Hiamshi aka Himanshi has rightly used हमेसा not हमेशा because it is true that no one except God is हमेशा खुश - ALWAYS HAPPY - which sounds IMPOSSIBLE for everyone except God.

English spelling was very chaotic before the very wide circulation of books and dictionaries became possible thanks to the invention of printing. Shakespeare used to be spelled in 20 different ways!

Many years ago, I wanted to help My consort improve her English and told her to write short essays in a notebook. I saw that her writing was full of grammatical mistakes and her English spelling was very poor - she was not an academically brilliant student in school and college (unlike Me) and barely scraped through her exams - she spelled FLOOR flore, PHARMACY phermacy, BROTHER-IN-LAW brother-in-low etc. I realized I would be wasting My time and stopped. A few years ago, I told her again: "I could help you to learn English." But this time she retorted like a chauvinist: "WHY should I learn English? Similarly, "MADAME BOVARY" by "French" novelist and stylist Flaubert and the funny and sarcastic "French" novella "CANDIDE" by Voltaire and "French" short stories by Maupassant, and the very sad and crazy quixotic "Spanish" novel "DON QUIXOTE" (poor Don Quixote has gone MAD after reading TOO MUCH chivalric romantic fiction and imagines himself to be a "KNIGHT" - he rides a bony horse - whose mission is to rescue damsels in distress - village girls and hotel maids - and fight "demons" which are IN FACT windmills transformed into "demons" by his feverish imagination) by the Spanish writer Miguel Cervantes. "DON QUIXOTE" is regarded by many as the world's greatest novel, just as "WAR AND PEACE" is regarded by many as the greatest. (ACTUALLY, each great novel is UNIQUE and special and different from all the others. We need not bother too much about RANKING novels - although that can be helpful as an indication of their quality - we should enjoy reading each great novel for its unique flavor/flavour. No one except God can feel always high and never low. Many years ago some poor pathetic guys thought I was schizophrenic - manic depressive - or to use the popular term: "BIPOLAR" - I am filled with HEARTFELT COMPASSION for the poor guys whose LIMITED MINDS could not grasp the Infinite. I am in fact INFINITE POLAR. I feel like a Monopole with an infinite number of opposite poles pulling Me equally as in a "tug of war" to produce net ZERO FORCE on Me because they cancel out one another.

So-called "depression" happens when you are not getting what you want very much (often unethical and immoral). You can find out one or more solutions to your problems by thinking calmly about your problems. Most of your "problems" are baseless worries such as wondering if He loves (or lous) others more than He lous you in the animal s. sense when in fact He does not have such animal thoughts about ANYONE. All are the same to Him. No difference. Often the perfect solution to your emotional problem/"depression" is very simple and easy: mas. as much as you like. Another emotional problem may arise from the painful thought that you are not a vir. But everyone has pre-mar. s. and no one is a vir., not just pr. alone. Any foolish female reader who seriously believes the imaginary, highly dramatic life story of fictional author "Alexander Pushkin", and enthuses over the recently concocted poetry version of the romantic (wish-fulfilment) short novel "EUGENE NOVEL" has not really understood it as she would have understood and enjoyed it more if she had access to the novel in its English prose version, which I have**.

Subscribing to a YouTube video uploaded by an Indian or foreign s. female does not mean that I have "fallen head over heels in love" with that s. female (I NEVER fall "head over heels in love" with any female, no matter how s. she or others may think she is) and that I want to have extra-mar. affairs with her [euphemism for s. with her]. I think the BEST thing for Me to do would be to STOP SUBSCRIBING to ANY female video on YouTube from now on. I have no desire to "trap" any s. female. My HEARTFELT (?!!) good wishes (?!!) to ALL s. females on YouTube. (All are s. - I use "s." automatically, without thinking, as a pep talk device. Why not give the poor s. girls energy freely just by using the letter s.? - G)

It seems that if I watch a YouTube video but don't subscribe after watching it, the uploader still knows that I have watched it! If so, should I stop watching YouTube videos uploaded by all s. females? That would be RIDICULOUS. I never have a bad motive.

I have heard or read that romantic love is completed through union (euphemism for s.), but this applies, I think, only to cases of two-way love (always opportunistic in our modern age, and perhaps in all ages), not to heartbreaking cases of one-way s. "love" for One. (The solution in the latter heartbreaking cases is to imagine virtual s. w. H. while mas. until the real thing in future. Pep talk. - G)
