LOOKING AT THE NEGATIVE
Break Away From Negative Thoughts
Break Away From Negative Thoughts & Experience Life / Kip Hollister/ TEDx BeaconStreet (11:50) / TEDx Talks (YouTube)
Looks like an artificial AI video because it seems to Me that the lips of this speaker (she is a virtual speaker?) don't sync with the sounds, if you look at her moving lips very carefully. (Making audio recordings separately and making separate videos and then combining audio and video is a long-established method of making films and song videos, but artificial video talks can be very distracting to a listener who is watching the lips of the speaker to see if the moving lips match the sounds!)

LOOKING AT THE NEGATIVE
Getting stuck in the negatives (and how to get unstuck) / Alison Ledgerwood / TEDx UC Davis (9:59) / TEDx Talks (YouTube)
She is right. Everyone (except Me) loves to look at the negative side of things all the time. The Greek philosopher Aristotle said that tragedy has more impact than comedy. (I don't know if Aristotle is the name of a real guy or an imaginary guy.)
