Making হিদল (Bishnupriya Manipuri) / হেন্দাক (Meitei Manipuri equivalent of হিদল, says My consort who can speak the language very well) could be a tremendous source of income for Manipuris. (This is not a joke. I am not joking.) 

Making jelly and jam and pickle / আচাৰ / আচার / अचार could be a tremendous source of income for ALL Indian communities, I believe. 

By "tremendous source of income", I mean good enough regular income, which does not have to be crores of rupees every month - don't worship Mammon.
