200% SURE 

I often hear Indians saying that he/she is 110% sure, 200% sure etc. for exaggerated emphasis but this shows shocking lack of knowledge of elementary maths - if one is absolutely certain, one is 100% certain, not more than 100% certain. (The short form math for mathematics is used in America, the short form maths is used in UK, as far as I know. Indians use both forms, like they use color and colour.)

By the way, many "doctors" are cheats, as the world has found out recently, exposed W.H.O. mass murderers "doctors" "Dr." Margaret Chan, Ghebre-yesus etc. being the most notorious and most sinister examples.
