I think your quite unnecessary nervousness is making you speak too fast - you are not taking an exam such as B. Ed. practical teaching exam in a classroom before strict external examiners who will give you high marks or low marks based on your performance - so relax - speak slowly so that students who are weak in English can understand and enjoy your English tutorials - it is a level playing field for all - to be more accurate, it is actually a win win situation for all females, I think.
