I have about 3000 books kept on bookshelves in two rooms and being A Great Scholar Who is very fond of BOOKS, I read regularly WHEREAS in all these years I have never seen My consort read a SINGLE book. I thank her SILENTLY for giving Me an accurate idea, I believe, of the regrettable nature of most female spouses in India who are very fond of inane melodramatic Indian TV serials. Being a Highbrow, I don't have time to watch lowbrow Indian TV serials. - G
