Aditi and Diti

There are lots of desi Indian gals with the name Aditi but so far I have never seen or heard of any desi gal named Diti - why? - because "demons" or "asuras" *** are said to be descendants of Diti while "gods" and "goddesses" are said to be descendants of Aditi - this is damn arrogant and very silly. (I have heard that Indian parents do not want to name their daughter Draupadi though most modern desi girls are in fact virtual (if not actual) Draupadis.
