My interpretation:

... a star named Nemesis [Death Star]... a fifteen-year-old Rotarian girl [topmost female Nazi, Eve, in her most recent reincarnation] has learned of the dire threat that Nemesis poses to Earth's people [Nazis on Earth]. Soon she will learn that Nemesis endangers Rotor [Nazis inside Earth] as well. And soon it will be up to her alone [as honey trap, spy/double agent, female assassin] to save [?!!] both Earth [Nazis on Earth] and Rotor [Nazis inside Earth] as - drawn inexorably by Nemesis, the death star - they [Nazis on Earth and Nazis inside Earth] hurtle toward certain disaster.
