And the present HRD Minister [Education Minister] of India Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal also has a FAKE doctorate (Ph.D. degree) in "complementary medicine" from International Open University in Sri Lanka, not recognized by UGC of Sri Lanka and not recognized by CSIR, India. Dr. Harsh Vardhan, the present Health Minister of India, has a fake ENT degree.
