All I.T.I.s are cheating centres - ভেকো ভাওনা - cheating students (fatuously called "trainees") and their guardians year after year. I.T.I.s are run by 420 cheats who steal vast amounts of money in the name of I.T.I.s which don't  have proper training equipment and don't have sufficient raw materials for practical training.

I taught mathematics (aka Workshop Calculations) and Science at I.T.I., Haflong, at I.T.I., Guwahati, and also at I.T.I for Women, Guwahati [I was like an emotionless Robot here]. I once spent one thousand rupees to buy a new blackboard for a classroom at I.T.I., Guwahati (after telling the Principal politely that I wanted to give it as a "gift" - I knew that asking for a new blackboard for the classroom to replace the dilapidated blackboard would be useless - the Principal would write to the Director, who would then forward the request to the Department of Labour and Employment at capital Dispur, the request would be forwarded to Finance Department - and the expected reply: no money - no funds - no budget - fund নাই !) - I was careful of course not to give prior information to My consort - I told her several months AFTER the blackboard was fixed on the wall of the classroom on the first floor of I.T.I., Guwahati - the classroom where Kabita, My ex-colleague, took her classes. (She was on leave for about two months and I was asked by the Principal to take her math/maths classes besides My own classes; I saw that the BLACK BOARD was almost WHITE and was wavy. Her male and female students of Draughsman Trade invited Me to their Draughtsman classroom on Teacher's Day 5th September and besides tea and sweets they also gave Me a greeting card printed in colour/color with the flattering words TO A GREAT MATHEMATICS TEACHER printed on it.
