Beheading by ISIS?

It has been widely reported by Indian TV news channels that Kamakhya temple in Guwahati is a top target of ISIS, therefore I wonder if there could be some connection with the shocking  beheading of a female devotee near goddess Durga temple on the premises of the temple of goddess Kamakhya yesterday. (ISIS has gained notoriety for beheading, though beheading by the Indian Bengali goddess Kali predates beheading by ISIS.)
