(I think it was Euler who continued to discover many new mathematical theorems with proofs even after he became blind, and because of his blindness he dictated his theorems and proofs of these theorems for the benefit of other mathematicians. I don't know how a BLIND mathematician can imagine all the mathematical steps that are required to prove a theorem, entirely in his or her head without the use of pen and paper. One possibility is that he or she pretends to be blind (if the eyes are NOT permanently shut but open and close normally like the eyes of people with normal vision, how will you confirm if he or she is really blind or pretending to be blind?). Helen Keller was blind, deaf and dumb, which sounds really crazy.

ITI

ITIs (Industrial Training Institutes) of India are looting huge public funds and cheating ITI students and their guardians year after year and ruining their lives.

I know this first-hand. I taught young ITI trainees of Assam mathematics and science for many years and I even had to donate a blackboard to ITI Guwahati because I saw that the blackboard in one classroom was pathetic beyond description. I wrote repeatedly to successive Presidents and Prime Ministers and as a result  A. N. Borah, an exceptionally upright ACS officer, who, as State Financial Inspections Officer, investigated with his team 13 ITIs of Assam, was shocked to find massive corruption in all ITIs and submitted his report to Government of Assam, stating in his sensational report that all the allegations made by Me (K. Sinha) against corrupt cheats who run the ITIs of Assam were substantiated by his thorough investigations. None of these ITIs of Assam maintained accounts of income and expenditure of the huge World Bank funds and Prime Minister's package funds and Assam government funds etc. How shocking! I thank Mr. A.N. Borah for his report substantiating all My allegations against corrupt scoundrels who have ruined and are continuing to ruin the lives of young boys and girls who get admitted to ITIs with high hopes but are badly cheated and received no practical training worth the name because of massive corruption in all ITs which are huge cheating centres stealing huge public funds. I thank from the bottom of My heart, in particular, Prime Minister's Office (PMO) and President's Secretariat of India for giving Me constant strong support.
