I heard many years ago from a serious scientist that the "Raman effect" which is attributed to Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata RAMAN who got the Nobel prize for it was acually discovered by a well-known Russian physicist.

I have a strong suspicion that Srinivasa RAM ANUJAM who FAILED to pass his school final/intermediate (having failed in English) but is advertised to be a "mathematical genius" was A CHEAT who only COPIED some mathematical theorems discovered by top European mathematicians and passed them off as his "own" mathematical discoveries but did NOT submit proofs of ANY of these theorems. India is a land of 420s. ISRO cheats are merely following a hoary Indian tradition of shameless cheating. India's ex EDUCATION MINISTER Smriti Irani has a FAKE degree certificate like MANY male and female Indians. CBSE questions etc. are bought and sold. Over 60 ACS officers are in jail for forgery in getting their ACS posts.

Actually, all f. "top" scientists and inventors and mathematicians of the world like f. Newton and f. Edison and f. Gauss etc. who are supposed to have made their great "discoveries" and "inventions" are fucking CHEATS who learned these very old things from God in heaven billions of years ago.
