I thought ভূপাতিত is a spelling error and should be ভূপতিত but I have just found on consulting one of My many dictionaries that both words exist and that there is a subtle difference in meaning between the two. Before publicly criticizing a spelling which I think could be a spelling mistake, I always take the trouble to consult My dictionaries!
