ORGANISATIONS

All organisations WITHOUT EXCEPTION - Google, YouTube, Airtel, Microsoft, Jio, Samsung, Sony or whatever - are OWNED BY A FEW but ALL organisations would come to a stop without the hard work of thousands of dedicated people who are working together directly and indirectly for these organizations PLUS the millions of customers who are contributing to the viability of each organization. Therefore, rich owners should realize that they are COMPLETELY DEPENDENT ON millions and that any organisation can CRASH at any moment. Thus, for example, highly successful Google and YouTube are not run by one or two guys. Aircel crashed. MORAL: Rich owners should not become toplofty because arrogance is insidious.
