I kept on reading the definition on My TV screen of "sexual harassment" provided by INDIA TODAY and read that SEXUAL HARASSMENT means doing certain things to a gal without her consent: touching her, hugging her, kissing her, making inappropriate comments etc. etc. but frankly I was very surprised to notice that having sex with her (rape) is missing in SEXUAL HARASSMENT. Why is fucking her not included? I thought that a gal getting RAPED should have been the MAIN CRITERION. Perhaps the REASON for the strange but highly significant omission of RAPE is that CONSENSUAL SEX (such as fucking or sexual intercourse which constantly goes on among westernized "boyfriends" and "girlfriends") is NOT considered rape and HOW is a s. gal to PROVE that she did NOT have consensual sex IF she got MONEY and GIFTS and OTHER sexual favours such as JOBS and unjustified MARKS in return as QUID PRO QUO?
