Arvind Kejriwal, f. Reminiscent of 26/11 "terrorist" Ajmal Kasab, reportedly "hanged" INSIDE a Poone jail AND then "buried" in the jail compound (very fishy) but there is NO PROOF that the alien was really hanged by aliens; I suspect that ALIEN MASS MURDERER "Ajmal Kasab" was in fact allowed by aliens to escape.
